This guide covers how to manage your Instant subscription, access invoices, and request refunds.

Managing Your Plan

Accessing Plan Settings

  1. Navigate to Project Settings

  2. Select Plan

  3. View your current plan and available options

From here you can upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription.

Downloading Invoices

  1. Navigate to Project Settings

  2. Select Plan

  3. Access the Billing Portal

  4. Download your invoices

Refund Policy

Instant offers a 30-day refund guarantee, subject to the following terms.

Note: If your plan has been upgraded within the past 30 days, you are not eligible for a refund of the most recent charge associated with that upgrade.

AI Credits

AI credits are non-refundable. Any AI credits purchased, granted, or included as part of a plan are not eligible for refund, regardless of whether they have been used.

Response Time

Refund requests are handled during weekdays. Expect a response within 24 hours on weekdays.

Before Your Refund Can Be Processed

You must complete the following steps:

  1. Downgrade to the free plan — Required before a refund can be issued

  2. Unpublish excess pages — If you have published pages beyond the free plan limits, unpublish them to bring your account within free plan limits

After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your account will be on the free plan

  • Any published pages will display the free plan badge

Subscription Management

Instant cannot subscribe or unsubscribe users on their behalf. You must manage your own subscription.

Canceling Your Plan

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to Project Settings

  2. Select Plan

  3. Downgrade to the free plan

Important: Instant support cannot cancel plans for you. You must cancel your plan yourself through Project Settings.
