Icons communicate quickly — shipping benefits, social proof, UI controls, and payment trust marks. In the builder, open Insert, switch to the elements view, open Basics, and select Media. Two icon presets are available:
Icon — a general-purpose icon from Instant's icon library.
Payment icon — card and wallet logos from the payment methods set (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and many others).
Both insert as vector elements you can resize, recolor, and place anywhere in your layout.
Choose and style icons
Select the icon element and open the Design panel. Search the icon library by name and pick from the grid. Adjust the size and color to match your brand, and use the Opacity control in the Style section for subtle UI hints.
For feature callouts, pair an Icon with a Heading and Paragraph inside a Column.
Payment icons
The Payment icon preset uses the payment methods icon set. Place these near checkout buttons, cart footers, and product buy boxes to reassure shoppers which payment methods you accept.
The Product and Cart groups in Insert also include a Payment icons preset that inserts a set of common payment logos — useful when you want several marks at once rather than one at a time.
Keep payment icons legible at small sizes and avoid shrinking them below the readable threshold on mobile.
Icons with actions
Icons can be clickable. Add an action from the Action section on the Interactions tab of the Design panel — for example, Link to a policy page, Open cart, or Toggle overlay. The Icon and Circular button presets pair an icon with a button container that's ready for a click action.
Use Conditional visibility to show different icons based on context — a checkmark when a cart reward tier is unlocked, or hide an icon when a product is out of stock.
Layout tips
Align icons in a Row for horizontal feature lists (free shipping, easy returns, secure checkout). Use consistent icon sizes across a section so the row feels balanced. Layouts & layers helps when icons sit inside repeated containers — rename layers to track which icon belongs to which feature block.
