You can change your general site settings in Instant, including your site's icon, name, and slug. These settings help you identify and organize your sites within the Instant dashboard.
Overview
Site settings control how your site appears within Instant, not on your live Shopify store.

Site Icon
The icon you choose represents your site in Instant.
Icon Requirements
Requirement | Specification |
Ideal size | 256x256 pixels |
Minimum size | 32x32 pixels |
Max file size | 3 MB |
Upload Icon
On your Instant dashboard, click the three dots icon for your site
Select Site settings
Under Icon, click Upload
Drag and drop or select the icon you'd like to use
Change Icon
On your Instant dashboard, click the three dots icon for your site
Select Site settings
Under Icon, click Change
Drag and drop or select the new icon
Site Name
The site name is used to identify your site within Instant.
Note: This is the internal name in Instant. Your external store name is set in Shopify.
Change Site Name
On your Instant dashboard, click the three dots icon for your site
Select Site settings
Enter a new name
Click Save
Site Slug
A slug is the part of your URL that identifies your site. By default, it is formed by:
Taking your site's name
Enforcing lowercase letters
Changing spaces into hyphens
