The benefit of using Shopify is that you can scale up rapidly and enter new markets through Shopify markets. By utilizing content translation apps including Shopify's own 'Translate & Adapt' you can rapidly launch a multilingual store without the need of a complex setup process.

Instant fully supports Shopify markets & translations for pages, sections, product page templates & blog items. All major translation apps within the Shopify ecosystem are supported.

Navigate to layouts panel within the Builder to get started. Then select the options menu of the layout you wish to enable Shopify markets for. Then proceed by selecting Page, Product template or Blog item settings.

Proceed by selecting the Advanced tab within the settings panel and then enabling Shopify Markets.

When Shopify markets is enabled, after the first time publishing your layout, all content such as text and link settings are being managed within the Shopify theme customizer.

To open the Shopify Theme customizer, navigate to Online store within Shopify. Then proceed by clicking on the Customize button.

With the layout selected within the Shopify customizer, all input fields should appear in the right side panel (left on smaller screens)

It is possible to "Reset" the content as set within the Shopify customizer for a specific layout. The content as defined within Instant will then overwrite the content in Shopify.

Click on Overwrite Shopify content to proceed. Your Shopify content will now be overwritten by the content set in Instant.

To finalize the localization aspect of your online store, your content needs to be translated. This is done directly within Shopify itself.

Select a layout you wish to translate within the Shopify theme customizer, then proceed by selecting the market you wish to translate in the top navigation bar.
